This page shows a Turn Key Riverfront Residence designed and constructed by PAI in Indian River Shores, Florida. PAI provides full time Master Builders and Supervisors for every project. Each team is involved in all aspects of the construction process from inception to completion.

PAI builds each structure to meet or exceed hurricane codes at the time of construction. The home is built on a monolithic modified structural slab reinforced with steel. The exterior walls are steel reinforced concrete masonry units construction with a combination of formed and poured concrete beams and columns. All exterior decks are formed and poured with reinforced concrete. All stuccowork is formed, shaped and installed by hand using highly skilled craftsman producing the finest detailing available.

The insulated interior floor system comprises 24” deep-engineered trusses for maximum clearance for utilities, sound attenuation and minimum deflection. All interior partitions are laser installed and each stud is straightened or shimmed to provide a smooth drywall installation.

The finest windows and doors are used along with latest technologies in lighting, sound, and telephone systems. Electrical, plumbing and air conditioning systems are continually upgraded to the latest products available.
